Jo-Ann is the Founder and Manager of Beyond Beautiful Aesthetics, Ltd. In keeping with our philosophy of investing in oneself, Jo-Ann received her professional training in Microbiology, completing undergraduate and graduate degree studies in Health Services Administration. Jo-Ann has been in the healthcare sector for 45 years, with 30 of those years in administration posts. Her work in Microbiology has afforded her the unique view of changing techniques and technologies, allowing her to see the necessity to combine spa, laser technologies, and medical procedures, giving our clientele exemplary service and the ultimate spa experience.

Paul A. Dreschnack. M.D., PC, Medical Director of Optimal Beauty is a world famous Plastic Surgeon with 35 years of experience. He is a nominee for the Noble Peace Prize as well as the Nobel Prize in Medicine for the India Project, a plastic surgery camp treating thousands of patients with congenital birth defects or burn injuries each year.
At Optimal Beauty, Dr. Dreschnack focuses on stem cell therapy, cosmetic surgery including breast implants, reduction, and lifts, liposuction and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Dr. Dreschnack also works with patients providing skin evaluations and treatments for, Skin Cancer, scars, keloids, cysts, moles and skin tags, spider veins and varicose veins, and birthmark removal.
Dr. Dreschnack served as Clinical Instructor at LSU School,of Medicine/Department of Surgery and SUNY Health Service Center in Brooklyn. He has received an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Schiller International University, Medical Doctorate from Ross University School of Medicine in New Jersey and received education at Yale University, Columbia University/College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York Medical College/Graduate Division and Manhattan College for his undergraduate work.
Dr. Dreschnack provides both women and men innovative and personalized care that nurtures mind, body, and spirit. He enjoys partnering with his patients their health, well-being, and beauty.

Samantha Danesi RPA-C, LMT is a certified Physician Assistant with more than ten years’ experience in Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Touro College of Health Sciences in New York while completing her training in Physician Assistant studies with an interest in Plastic Surgery. Her Plastic Surgery training was based at Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City.
She has had the pleasure of training under numerous plastic surgeons in New York City thus gaining experience and enhancing her proficiency in the art of cosmetic injectables while becoming fully acquainted in the operating room as a surgical assistant. Samantha provides complimentary cosmetic injectables’ consultations and provides detailed information regarding each product and what is best suited for each patient. Most importantly, she believes in creating a natural overall result.
